Name: Benoît, Pol and Jean Frison
The choice of elevating ‘farm chickens' as part of a more global strategy of traditional agriculture for more than 30 years by the AGRISAIN Co-operative .
Today the farm is run by two young farmers:
Benoît who manages the chicken farm, but also tends a flock of 100 sheep in bio-agriculture. Pol who manages the marketing and sale of the products to the Coprosain markets. This production can best be described as ‘rural', where the elevating is directly connected with the land. This means that the food of the animals originates from what is grown on the neighbouring farms in the district.
