King Washington, Head Chef
Whilst enjoying a splendid break in the mountains, King discovered his passion for food. After completing his education in Switzerland, he moved to London to work for some famous hotels and restaurants. Simple and tasty make up his signature flair and you will find this flair in our menu and seasonal suggestions.
Christoph Saublens, Banquet Head Chef
Christoph has a passion for Belgian cuisine. Born, raised, educated and working all his life in Belgium, he supports our 100% Belge initiative wholeheartedly. Christoph started his career in catering and discovered many of the top restaurants in Brussels (Comme Chez Soi, L'Epicerie) before returning in 2014 to use his experiences and share them with us here at the Sheraton Brussels Airport.
