Sinnce 1979 Peter Frischkorn has run a bio-dynamic farm in Wodecq. What does this mean?

He simply implements what our ancestors already knew ages ago: respect for the rythm of nature and keeping into account the lunar phases for sowing and watering.  The range of grown vegetables is very extensive: there are more than 50 different kinds!

There are the vegetables such as carrots, leek, cabbage and green vegetables such as salad and endive, and also kitchen herbs such as parsley, chervil, rocket salad and basil. Also lesser known vegetables are grown here, such as green and red beetroot, fennel, turnip-cabbage, parsnip and winter cherry.

The vegetables are harvested twice a month, in order to avoid cold storage and to preserve their natural freshness. The loamy soil, the local climate and Peter's good care give his products their excellent quality.
